Shipping Policy:

At Masta Kala Crafts, we strive to expedite the shipping process to ensure your timely receipt of purchased items. Generally, we endeavor to dispatch your order within 48 hours of its confirmation; however, please note that the creation of personalized pieces may require additional time. For orders involving engraving or embossing tasks, kindly allow us an extra 2-3 business days for processing. Should there be any anticipated delays beyond this timeframe, rest assured that you will be promptly notified via email or phone communication.

1. Orders are exclusively shipped during business days, between the hours of 10 am to 6 pm.
2. Following the placement of your order, our dedicated customer support team will reach out to you for the purpose of confirming your order details and shipping address.

4. Presently, our shipping services extend nationwide, covering all regions across the country.
