Orders and Shipping

Please Note:

You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you have placed it. If you don’t receive any email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. This is especially important because, if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification.

Shipping Policy:

We usually ship your items within 48 hours of confirming your order but it might take a bit longer to create your amazing personalized piece. Please allow us an additional 1-2 business days processing time for orders with engraving or embossing tasks. If we anticipate a longer lead time, you will be notified at the earliest through email or call.

1. Orders are only shipped on business days between 11 am to 5 pm.
2. All orders require clearly mentioned street address with landmarks.
3. Currently, shipping is available only within Kathmandu Valley.
4. Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
5. For Bulk Orders outside Kathmandu Valley, please send us your queries through Contact Us section.
6. For Free Shipping, the order value must be at least NPR 2,000.
