1.  Do you deliver outside Kathmandu Valley?

Yes, we deliver all over Nepal. Deliveries outside of Kathmandu valley are couriered through our trusted channels for safe delivery of your orders.

2.  Can I pay in cash for my order?

Cash on delivery facility is only valid for orders inside Kathmandu valley. For outside valley orders, you can pay via Esewa, Fonepay or directly deposit the bill amount in our bank account.

3.  Can I deposit the amount through bank directly?

Yes, you can transfer funds to our bank account directly. Please contact us for more details.

4.  Are there any shipping charges applicable on my order?

A flat fee of NRs. 120/- is applied to all orders made through our website.

5.  How do I check the status of my order?

Please tap on the “My Orders” section under the Profile section to check your order status.

6. Can I have my order gift-wrapped?

All our products are either wrapped in lokta paper or in a lokta paper box and are ready to be gifted directly. No extra packaging is required. However, if you want a special hand written note with your order, you can contact us and ask for help from one of our representatives.

7. What is the estimated delivery time? 

Estimated dispatch time of each product is written under the Details tab on the respective product page. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email on your registered email address.

8. Can I cancel my order?

If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been approved yet, you can cancel your order from “My Orders” section under the Profile section, Or you can contact us directly. Customized orders once approved cannot be cancelled.

9. I have received a damaged item. How do I proceed?

Our shipments go through rigorous quality check processes before they leave our warehouse. However, in the rare case that your order is damaged during shipment or transit, you can request for a replacement. To do so, Contact Us.

10. What should I do if I receive the wrong item?


If you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will arrange for the correct item to be delivered to you as soon as possible, and we may request for the wrong item to be returned to us depending on the situation.

11. Can I place a bulk order?

Yes, we accept bulk orders for certain products. Please contact our sales team for assistance with placing a bulk order and to inquire about any applicable discounts.
